Rizzoli & Isles ended its second season with more drama and sexual tension than ever before, and as the series prepares to film on Season Three, I have some fresh scoop to tide the good R&I folk over until its July premiere.

The first episode back is titled “What Doesn’t Kill You,” and it continues the search for Paddy Doyle. Jane Rizzoli (Angie Harmon) has been tasked with the placing a BOLO, but she’s refused (ruh roh!). She’s realized how her gal pal Dr Isles (Sasha Alexander) life was in danger, and is getting the bark from her bosses for denying an order. Korsak comes to her defense, but it only makes things worse (double ruh roh!). A demotion may also be involved (evidence management!).
In the season premiere, the team is simultaneously dealing with the fallout from the finale and the murder of a cop, which is sure to strike a nerve with Boston PD’s finest.

I can’t wait! XD And I really hope that by ‘death of a cop’ you mean Dean. And why the heck did they decide that they’re going to air Rizzoli and Isles on Tuesdays at 9?! I mean really?! Come on!

AHAH I AGREE WITH YOU. Lol. I hope Dean is gone. Also they decided to put on Tuesdays cause it followed the Closer on Mondays, but since the Closer is ending, they changed the schedule to fix that I guess.

The search continues for Paddy Doyle??? Last I saw, he was lying on the floor of that warehouse. I guess it should say that he lives and then escapes and THEN the hunt begins.
Lets hope the writers don’t gloss over everything that happened in the S2 finale like they did with the S1 finale!

the season final ended with sexual tension..REALLY..WHERE JANE AND MAURA?? anywho really excited for third season. i hope dean die, sorry but jand and dean = zero chemistry. maura and jane= chemisty overload. i hope they fight it out in season three. bring on the antsy and all that.

Ok, they have to do a better job of bridging last year’s season finale with this season. Love the feeling of Season 1 between Jane and Maura, not so much for Season 2.
